Hello!
One of our customers run our program on a Citrix environment.
They have installed BullZip locally, not on the Citrix environment.
When our program tries to create the BullZip component for programmatically changes, an error occurs saying that the class is not installed.
I beleive this is because BullZip is installed locally, and the program on Citrix does not find it.
Is there any way to solve this?
Best regards
Dagl

Re: Program on Citrix, BullZip on local machine
Dagl, you simply have to install Bullzip on the Citrix Server itself and make all the folders it uses on that server have full read/write access to all users.
PDF995 on their website have a good explanation of how to use pdf995 on Citrix servers, and I imagine their How To could be just as helpful in using Bullzip on a Citrix Server. Hope this helps!

Mark is right! You just run the installation program on the Citrix server. The same way you would install any other program on the Citrix server. It is the same for Terminal Server.

Hello again!
Thank you for your answer.
But installing it on Citrix, means that many users have access to it. At least more than 10 users, as the BullZip license mention.
This means that we cannot use the free BullZip, does it not?
It means that we must buy bioPDF instead?
Best regards

If more than 10 users have access to the Terminal Server or Citrix then you have to use a commercial license ;-)
