Allowed parameters for Permissions settings

How to set the parameters for the permissions variable in Settings.ini

I tried
Permissions=nochanging
etc.
but it failed to give the desired result.

Can someone suggest me the solution.

I have added a section called PDF Permissions to the PDF Printer guide. When you read that you will see that it is a numbers game.
