config.exe problem

Hi, I am trying to change the settings for Bullzip pdf using the config.exe program but the settings don't seem to be changing.

The syntax I'm using is "config /S output c:\test.pdf"

I check the settings.ini file located in "C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\PDF Writer\Bullzip PDF Printer" after running the command but the settings never get changed and I never receive an error message.
