rendering pdf is sometimes wrong; characters on top of eacho

Hi,

I'm using the pdf printer in a .NET console application. It is used to create pdf from word 2003 docs. Problem is that, sometimes, the created pdf has errors. Sometimes only the headers (bold arial 10/11) are printed on top of eachother, sometimes this is done with an entire page... It is happening to some of the word docs, and some of them never have a problem, but the ones who sometimes have problems are no diffrent than the others
