Paperport pdf file to pdf file image is compressed

Post by mmcottle »

After I scan a page with paperport software and a pdf file is created, the pdf file created by bullzip is compressed. Example: If I scan a bank statement some of the lines are compressed so that the wording and numbers are hard to read. Only one or two lines of the original document are compressed. How can I change the settings to avoid the compressed lines. I am using bullzip because it creates smaller pdf files (file size) and it's an easy way to save files to the documents folder.

There's a way to turn off compression in Advanced options but it does not appear to work.

What version of PaperPort are you using? I don't understand how you could direct a physically scanned document to BullZip. I'm using it to print to the PaperPort desktop - something that (until now) was not possible in the x64 OS's.
