msa2mys scheduled tasks

Hi everybody, i'm working on a webserver (win 2k3 + iis 6.0) and i need to convert many mdb databases into mysql ones. I create a scheduled task to do this.
I've written: "C:\Program Files\Bullzip\MS Access to MySQL\msa2mys.exe" settings=xxxx.ini, autorun, hide, clearlog
Where xxxx indicate name on .ini file with database settings.
Everyday at 6.00 am must start but it remains on "Running" mode.. if i do it manually (RUN) works.
Any idea??
