No tables showing

Am just trying to get to grips with MySQL for the first time. Used your program and reasonably successfully exported all the table in my Access 2010 .AccDb to MySQL. One table did not export, so I thought I would run it again. Having set everything up exactly as the firs time (either from scratch or using the .ini file) I see no tables at all in the final pane. There should be about 70 showing.
Numerous tries, re-installing BullZip & re-booting have made no difference.
Any ideas please

Same issue, new database, one table nothing is showing on the select tables page.
