Hi, I was running Bullzip v7.1.0.1218 on Server 2008 R2 without any problems for a number of months, the server also have Citrix XenApp 6 installed. I installed SP1 for the OS, ran into a host of compatibility issues with XenApp so uninstalled SP1.
Since the above happened I can no longer print to BullZip. I proceeded to upgrade to BullZip v7.2.0.1319, logged on a administrator I see the BullZip printer listed in Devices and Printers but when I log on as a normal user the printer doesn't appear?
Any assistance is appreciated.
