"Save As" dialog box opens before "Create File" box

When I click the print button in any program, the "Save As" dialog box opens before the "Create File" box. It doesn't matter what I do in the "Save As" box, it is forgotten when i click OK. The "Create File" Bullzip dialog then opens like nothing happened. I have to click the "..." button to reopen the "Save As" box again and rename the file & select the folder to save it in.

I uninstalled the earlier version I was using and installed version 9_1_0_1454. Still happens.

I have another laptop that also uses Windows 7 Home Premium, which works properly.

Any ideas?
