Installation Error

First of all thanks for such an excellent product.

I am trying to install BullZip pdf creator on my system. I download ghostscript and installed it. After that I installed BullZip PDF Printer. When I try to print a word document to BullZip Pdf it is giving me an error saying that "GhostScript application not found"

I am using Windows XP Professional.

Any help. Thanks for your help.

Which version of Ghostscript did you install?

Was it the one you downloaded from the bullzip.com web site?

Yes. I downloaded ghostscript from your website (gs815w32.exe). version 8.15

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling ghoscript and bullzip pdf printer. Same error message "Unable to find GhostScript application"

I open my registry for bullzip

GhostscriptFolder, DataArea and WorkArea registry value looks OK. I also checked GPL GhostScript section of the registry and those values also looks fine to me.

Today, I tried installing on another computer running Windows XP Pro and BullZip pdf print driver worked as expected. Very userful product.
