Mixed case table names

Hi there

I've just installed and tried out this excellent piece of software and it worked perfectly... well... almost.

The tables in the Access database are mixed case, ie: tblPurchaseOrders, but when they are converted to MySQL they become all lowercase, ie: tblpurchaseorders.

Is it possible to keep the table names with the same case and, if so, how?
