Default filename

Hi all,
My application uses good old Internet Explorer to print html files. When file name iseg jack.html, resulting PDF is jack.pdf, by using the <smarttitle> macro.
Some days ago, my computer updated to Win 10 19042.928 (KB5001330). Since then, resulting pdf filename is random, like FG130GR5.pdf.
Keeping the original filename is very important for my application and I can't bypass the Internet Explorer use for printing.
Any ideas how this can be fixed?
