Installation failed in 32bit winxp

I downloaded the latest version of bullzip pdf writer, version number is 12_2_0_2905, but failed to install on 32bit winxp, it indicates not a proper 32bit application? Does anyone have idea on this? Thank you very much.

This version should work with Windows XP SP3.
