Electronic signature - missing characters

Hello,
pleas help. We have probleme with one charakter in our Electronic signature which is "ÚJV Řež, a. s." but after print - from Navision (Microsoft Dynamics NAV BC) function --> Bullzip print: "ÚJV ež, a. s.". How can we change the font (or some kind of other possibility?) to print: "ÚJV Řež, a. s.".
We have discovered that can be ghostscript. Is there some kind of setup to change font?
