Error 1007 (invalidfont in findfont)

Hello!
I am new at this forum, but I have tried som searches about my problem. But, I have not found any questions that has the exact same error message. Appearantly, error 1007 can be triggered by different errors. My error happens at only one pc, that my co-worker is using. Several others that i know of works fine.
The error message seems to have problemes with a font. This font is not used in the document that is tried to write. Ant, the font creating the error is not very unusual either. The font that is really used in the document, is Arial.

I attach a word-file that shows the error message. The document is written in Word, and my co-worker tries to write it from there.

I would be very grateful for tips

Is it correct that you can create a PDF from this document on your computer but your colleague cannot?
