I have just downloaded the newest version of Bullzip 9.7.0.1592, I am installing on a Windows 7 Home machine, when the installer attempts to install the driver (I have tried with and without XPDF and Ghostscript and receive the same error) a runtime error is encountered:
Runtime Error (at 183:486):
SWbemServicesEx: Generic failure
I click OK and am told that I can click Finish to complete the install.
Has anyone else seen this issue, I do know that my system is behind in the Windows updates, they always fail to install, so maybe this is the problem. I did have an older version of Bullzip working a few days ago on the same machine, and when I attempted to update I hit this issue. Can I download an older version of Bullzip somewhere?
