"Global" Settings

Where are the user settings stored? In settings.ini? If so, where can I place this file so that it is applied to any user who logs into the PC?

Here's what I did.

Installed Bullzip.
Configured all of the settings to my liking.
Tested.
Ok.
Placed a copy of the Bullzip folder in my Application Data folder into the DEFAULT USER folder.
User B logs in, the Bullzip folder is copied into his profile, application data folder.

But, when the user prints to Bullzip, the settings are not applied.

How can I make this work?
