Bullzip often needs a restart

Hi everyone

Just have a small issue that I wonder if someone can help me with

We have free software based on Visual FoxPro that uses Bullzip PDF Printer - when someone wishes to send a print out via e-mail, they choose Bullzip to create the pdf document which then attaches itself to the e-mail autmatically

However! for some reason, on some PC's, the PDF printer does not work, and instead the item is printed off to a physical printer instead.

Reinstalling Bullzip or restarting the PC fixes this temporarily.

Any advice?
