Bullzip 7.2.1304 Error 1007

I am trying to merge 2 documents with one as a background watermark.
If the background resolution is set to over 2400 I get the following error when pressing save.


Error 1007: An error occured while running Ghostscript

Error: /VMerror in --.pushpdf14devicefilter--

Current allocation mode is local
Last OS error: 2

Source: GUI
Internal hint: Create Superimpose EPS file


It has previously worked fine with other background documents. Any idea why it dosn't now?

I'm getting an error:1007 after installing their gs and bullzip. But so far I have menu item, just have to get past the error. what's it??
