Batch processing

Hi people,
Just recently came across the Access to MySQL tool, and it has done wonders for me already. But, as I need to convert several Access databases on a regular basis it would be even better if this nifty tool would be able to convert more than one Access database at a time. Let's say, read all .mdb files in a particular (sub)folder, place checked checkboxes in front of that listing by default (so the user can uncheck which ever database is not needed), and have the checked databases be processed one by one.
I hope I got my point of view across.
