Characters stripped from filename, replaced with underscores

Hello,
If I try and print a PDF with a Chinese filename, BullZip replaces the characters with underscores.
So, the name goes from: 新建 Microsoft Word 文档.doc
And I end up with: __ Microsoft Word __.doc
Please let me know how I can fix this problem, so that the filename is preserved.
