Error when trying to print and merge

Hello,
I get the following error when I try to print a text file and merge it with a PDF background file to create an "invoice" file.
--------------------------------
An error occurred.
Error 1007: An error occured while running Ghostscript
Error: /undefined in 08.30.13
Operand stack:

Execution stack:

Current file position is 1185

Internal hint: Run converter to create PDF file
--------------------------------
I'm printing from a windows xp based print serving program that spools DOS print jobs to windows. (The print serving software came with my accounting software.)
I've tried multiple uninstalls and reinstalls, different versions, different ghostscript versions, etc.
Any ideas as to why this isn't working? Same exact version, printing program, and operating system on a different computer and it works fine.
