Custom Page size NOT working

When I try to set a custom page size, I hiot apply and seems like it saves it, however it goes away to 8.5 x 11 any ideas?
Bullprint software , using postrcript custom page size definition on the windows printer

If you are printing from Word, you need to define a new paper size. Here is how:
