Open the document after creation

I'm new to Bullzip and have just installed PDF Printer. Under General Options / Show Document / Open the document after creation the default setting is Ask. Each time I print a document it is opened without asking me. If I change the setting to No the document doesn't open and Yes opens the document each time like the default Ask. Is Ask not working?
