è = ?

Hi,
I'm from Italy.
I tried your great software, but there is a problem with 'è' letter.
When I try to write with the php the MySql data, it writes on screen : '?' instead 'è'.
Example:
'Ciao è stata una bella partita, è vero?'
The result is:
'Ciao ? stata una bella partita, ? vero?'
Is a solvable problem?
