Hi - I just downloaded version 6.0.0.865, and am using it with Windows Vista. All documents that it produces contain the file name at the top of the page, and page number at the bottom. My previous version did not do this by default, and I would like to suppress the header/footers but I can't find any option to do so, either in the 'advanced' options or in the .ini file.

Anyone know how to do this? I've searched the forum and the online documentation without finding anything.
