Bullzip Error message

I am using Excel 2003 VBA to print Excel charts with Bullzip (free).
I have had a lot of help elsewhere and got it to work just fine, until an error started showing up, in a dialog headed "Bullzip PDF Printer":

'Error copying document to destination file.'
'Please close the file [my path and file name] if it is open and try again'

No error number. I have very carefully checked that there is no typo in path/file name.

This seems to be a Bullzip generated error. Can anyone tell me what causes it?

Any help would be greately appreciated.

This problem has been successfully resolved. (It was a wrong file extension.)
