Blank PDF Created

I just installed the most recent build. When creating a PDF in MS Word or another word processor, the PDF file ends up blank with a file size of 7 or 8 kb. When printing to PDF from IE, the page works fine.
Using:
Windows Vista Home Premium SP2
3gb of Ram
Windows 2003 and the ACT! Word Processor
I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice.
Also, I recently installed Foxit PDF Reader. Before installting this, I was using BZ v6x and it worked fine.
