Restricted Windiws user - settings not retaining

Hi,
I am wanting to print to tif and would like to use the image device, tifflzw. If I change the default settings for "when should the settings dialog be shown" from always to never it still uses the default image device of "tif24nc". If I do this with a user who has admin rights if works fine.

The standard tif24nc generates quite large files, we have found that tifflzw to be the best for compression for the prints we require. The only way I can get around this issue is to set the dialog box to be shown for settings every time and then have to scroll down to tifflzw. I have given full permissions on the bullzip folder and also within the registry. Is there an easy way for the settings to be the same for a restricted user without the need to display the settings dialog box everytime?
