I have built an Access database which creates invoices in a batch run, and a routine to print these as hard copies for posting. I now want to create a "file copy" (pdf) to store for future reference and Bullzip is ideal. Only problem is I don't want to open the pdf as it creates each file, just store it in my desginated location.
What do I need to do?
Create PDF but do not open it

Under the Actions tab, tick the "No" radial for "open the document after creation"
