After the convertion everything is malformed. Plz Help!

Hi, recently I installed Windows 7 instead of Windows XP.

When I used the PDF Printer it created the PDF well (except only when I had lots of text boxes, equations and tables in one document I created).

Now, I installed it on Windows 7 and every time I create a PDF, everything is malformed.
Here's an example:

Sorry, I have installed a corrupted copy of Adobe Reader.
I know that because I opened an eBook I have and the text looks that way too, and the installation file also have a few problems like: it have a half icon.
