Edit PDF using the Comment & markup toolbar?

Hi, my apologize if this was already post . But I did not see it in the forums.

I am using Bullzip to print personal files to PDF.

How to I set the “ Documents rights “ so I can edit the PDF using the Comment & markup toolbar?

Hi,

Bullzip don't prevent you to annotate your pdf file.
You just can't do it with the Acrobat Reader from Adobe.
You need to use the pricey (for personal purpose) Adobe Acrobat or a third party pdf reader like :
- Pdf X-Change Viewer

- Foxit Reader

Most of the features available in the free version will let you annotate or mark your files.
