Creating PDFs through a network printer

I am trying to create PDF using a network share printer (Bullzip). I have created the Bullzip printer on the Printer Server and shared the printer OK.
When I log on to a PC as an Administrator I can add the network Bullzip printer and successfully create a PDF in the correct folder on the Print Server.
The problems I have are:
1. When I log on to a PC as a domain user I can add the printer but cannot create the PDF. It creates the .ps file in the temp folder on the Print Server but does not convert the .ps file to a PDF file.
2. Can the output parameter in the configuration file be to set to create the PDF using a UNC path?
I am currently testing this product and if I can get it to work, I will then test it on Citrix XenApp 4.5 and 5.
Any help would be appreciated.
