Error message while running

Hi i'm trying to convert msaccess to mysql. However, i get the following error in "run" time.

Error connecting to destination database.
Connection: Provider=MSDASQL.1;Driver={DataDirect 6.0 MySQL Wire Protocol};Extended Properties="SERVER=localhost;UID=root;PWD=;PORT=3306;OPTION=0;STMT=;"
Program Version: 3.0.0.131
ODBC Version: 6.0.0.130
Function: modMySql.MoveData2MySql
Error: -2147467259
Reason: [DataDirect][ODBC MySQL Wire Protocol driver]Insufficient information to connect to the data source.

Does anyone know what that means? and how to fix it?
