Trouble with watermark

I need to use Cyrillic(cp1251) text on watermark, but on saved document my text replaced by other symbols.
f.e. instead of char #0430 prints char #0030, #0431->#0031and so on. how to fix this problem on Bullzip PDF Printer 7.1.1195 + GhostScript 8.71
