Avoid setting dialog?
I recently upgraded to the latest build from a 1 year old version. I was using your PDF printer because it's so simple to use. But the new version forces me to go through the settings dialog before I get the SaveAs dialog. But the SaveAs dialog does not remember the path (like the old version SaveAs...
