After reinstalling Bullzip using the .exe, instead of the .msi, the user is still reporting the problem Additional thoughts?

To be clear, the H:\BILLS\_BulzipPDF folder is already there and the user was able to create PDFWriter jobs to that directory the first day I installed the software. Note: before reading Jacob's post today, yesterday I went ahead and unstalled the MSI, ran CCleaner, and then reinstalled with the latest EXE version.
