It turned out to be a bug of Foxit Reader. I was using an older version of Foxit Reader (2.0.2007.1606) which caused the problem
I've downloaded the newest version (2.2) on its website, and it worked fine. I can copy the text now

I printed some pages (web and .doc files) using BullZip PDF Printer, then viewed it by Foxit PDF Reader, but I could not copy the contents.
