How do you identify if it's 2003 or 2003 R2? My WinVer screen says: version 5.2 Build 3790.srv03_sp2_gdr.070304-2240.

I'm using AVG 7.5 Network Edition

I've resolved the problem but I don't think it will help explain what the original problem was. I had to install Visual Studio 6 and after the install BullZip worked.

I downloaded and ran the GUI but it gave the exact same error message. I tried the registration commands and while they succeeded, it made no difference so I still get the error from the GUI and when I try to print a test page. By the way, it's not the Vista machine that is having the problem, it is...
