%TEMP% was empty, as in zero files. Also, none hidden/system files.
For some reason it did install now, from the same file.

Crashing when installing on Windows 2012
I'm trying to install the latest version on Win2012, and starting it either by the "Install software"-function, directly from a shell or with "Run as administrator" all crash at the same point near the end of the install. It gets past installing GS and Xpdf, then the final glimps...
