I need to add the whole ms access prefix to each table and to sanitize names of tables and columns (replace spaces etc. with underscore for mysql validation names). How could I add this options to this tools?
Also, why don't you open the source for patching like that?

I think it was fixed on the latest release.
I recommend to test the new release (3.0.0.104).
