The Bullzip Printer and Ghostscript is installed on the Citrix Server not on local computers.
I'm still having the same problem. My users now, just don't print pdf document over citrix anymore.

had the same problem on my citrix Server with w2k3.

Solved it this way:

1. Reboot the server.
2. Stop the Citrix Print Manager-Service "cpsvc".
3. Install the Bullzip PDF Printer.
4. Start the Citrix Print Manager-Service "cpsvc" again.
