I am having the same issue. When I print to CutePDF Printer, or any other printer, it comes out in color. When I print to Bullzip without using runonce.ini, it prints properly in color. However, when I print to Bullzip using runonce.ini, it comes out in grayscale. Setting .Setvalue "icc", ...
