Facing problem after selecting document for printing as an PDF.

Error Details:

An error occurred.
Error 5 : Invalid Procedure call or argument.
Source: GUI
Internal hint: Extract document proerties such as title and author.

I am trying to install the BullZip PDF writer on Window-XP mode Virtual Machine but its flashing some error like below.

Error Sending Request.
The Server name or address could not be resolved.

Pls suggest for any resolution...
