GUI.EXE is not invoking

I just recently installed bullzip 6.0.0.865 on a new XP setup (I had reformatted my PC). I now cannot get the program to work. It seems to fail at invoking Gui.exe. I even upgraded my ghostscript to 8.64 which still doesn't help.

any thoughts?
