Error with library

When I install bullzip, I get an error with the oleaut32.dll library saying it couldn't access it, giving a code 0x80070005. Any ideas how to fix it? Looked all over the net.

It was able to completely install if I ignored the error.

I have another problem in which the printer only prints about half of the document. I don't know if it could do anything with the install error? Any ideas?

The half document doesn't have anything to do with the oleaut32.dll.

*) Which version of the printer are you using?
*) Which operating system are you using?
*) From which program are you trying to print?

When I print I print with Foxit Reader. I tried it with another program and it works fine. I'm running the latest version with Windows XP. Now another thing I'm having problems with is everytime I print, an install pops up for a program I already have installed. Any suggestions.

Which program is showing you an installation program? Some other users had problems with Roxio.

I had TI Notefolio pop up. I removed that program, then I had another TI program pop up.
