Works for some users but not for others on Citrix

Hi.

We have been using Bullzip without any issue for quite some time. We are using it from Navision by writing a runonce.ini and print PDFs that are sent by email to customers. Recently we were moved to a different Citrix-server, since then this process works for some users but not for others. The PDF does not get created. According to the Citrixprovider there are no diffences between the user accounts. Does anybody here have any idea what the reason might be?
