I know it has been a problem in earlier versions but I just tried to reproduce the problem on Windows Server 2003 Standard. It worked fine on both 32 bit and 64 bit systems. Could you give me more information about your system?

1) Make sure you are using Bullzip PDF Printer 3.0.0.186.
2) Which language edition of the operating system are you using?
3) Are you using 32 or 64 bit OS and computer?

GOT IT! Found this on the internet. I'm pretty sure I had a corrupt driver b/c I would hit "Add Printer" and it would give me the same error.
ntprint.dll was not loading when I opened printers and faxes. This is what I found:
1. open a Command Prompt window

a. click Start, Run

b. key cmd and press Enter or click OK

2. key sfc /scannow to run the system file protection scanner.

This is the site, it's under #4.

Thanks anyway! Bullzip is great... now that I finally have it working!

I'm glad to hear that you got it up and running. It looks like an issue with the Lantastic network product. It reminds me about the good old DOS days ;-)

Best regards,
Jacob
