unattended install failure on pdf power tools DL

Trying to do an upgrade to v1338 with an unattended install using silent and verysilent switches.
A window is popping up for download of PDF power tools and then failing with a connection reset as i dont allow downloads of exes from workstations.
I'm installing PDF power tools internally on the stations and would like the bullzip install to not try and download them so it succeeds.
Any way to do this?

Hello, We just bought a commercial license of the Bio PDF and am installing version 7 2 0 1338. Even thought I launch the installer from the command line using /VERYSILENT the PDF Power Tools step pops up a window to download PDF Power Tools. I have read and searched in the help for a way to suppress this but have not been able to find the information. Also can the download be prevented all together, I need to provide PDF Power Tools, in a similar way to gslite.exe as I cannot guarantee that our users have Internet access.

then you will see the /NOPDFPOWERTOOL command line switch for the setup program. Try using the following command line switches:

/NOPDFPOWERTOOL /VERYSILENT

You can also download the pdf power tool manually and place it next to the setup program. It will take it from there instead of downloading it.
