Print job to Bullzip pdf printer hangs

Print job to Bullzip pdf printer hangs on windows 2000 server machine.
Never gets save as dialog box open.

If you are not running version 1.0.0.20 then you should upgrade and see if the problem persists. If you are already on 1.0.0.20 then you can open the file C:\Program Files\BullZip\PDF Printer\data\settings.ini and add a line with the text:

Debug=1

After your next print there will be a set of debug files in the folder C:\Program Files\BullZip\PDF Printer\temp. Zip the files and send them to support@bullzip.com.
